Personal Trainer / Pre- & Postnatal

If you've ever left a session feeling confused, or followed a plan without really understanding it, that's exactly what I'm here to change. I work with clients who want things explained properly, who ask questions and who want to feel genuinely informed about their own training. No assumptions, just clear, structured coaching that fits your life and makes sense. I also have a particular passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, a phase where good guidance matters more than ever.

    Personal Trainer / Physiotherapist

A lot of people come to me after years of pushing through and a body that's paying the price. With my background in professional sports, I understand what it means to perform under pressure. But I also know that sustainable results don't come from doing more. They come from finally doing the right things. Whether you're an athlete or someone running on empty, I'll give you an honest picture of where you are and exactly what you need to move forward.

Personal Trainer / HIIT Coach & Hyrox Trainer

As a personal trainer and HYROX Coach, I know what it feels like to put in the work and still not see the results you're after. After years of experience in HYROX, training and orthomolecular health, I'm convinced of one thing: without the right approach to nutrition, recovery and lifestyle, you're training yourself into a wall. I help you build a system that actually works, even when you think you’re too busy!

    Sidney Klein

    Personal Trainer / Mental Coach

Most people who've been training for years still feel like something is missing. The body is moving, but the progress isn't there, and motivation comes and goes. In over eight years of coaching, I've found that the missing piece is rarely physical. It's the connection between how you train, how you think and how you live. I go beyond the workout to address the habits, mindset and lifestyle factors that determine whether results actually stick, built around you

  • Boly Vroh

    Personal Trainer / Rehab Training

Most people with hip, knee or lower back issues are told to rest, take it easy, or avoid the gym altogether. In my experience, that's rarely the answer. I specialize in resistance training for people dealing with pain or movement limitations, building strength in a way that supports recovery rather than working against it. Structured, progressive and built around your lifestyle actually needs.

I've been training with Sidney for a few weeks now. The first small successes are already showing on the scales, but more importantly: I feel so much fitter, more energetic and happier! Thank you Sydney for pushing me to go beyond my limits & always adapting the training to my individual needs! Einfach wunderbar ;-) :-)

Our Story

House of Fitness was born out of a shared opinion that personal training should be more than just a workout, it should be a partnership in health and lifestyle.

Sidney Klein en Michael de bas built their career in fitness management and physiotherapy. Driven by a desire to help others reach their potential, they transitioned to entrepreneurship.

While working together as colleagues in a previous concept, Sidney and Michael realised they shared a distinct vision that didn't align with current gyms. What began as personal training quickly evolved into a community asking for more; group lessons, open gym access, and a space that truly felt like home.

House of Fitness officially opened its doors on March 1, 2026.
